I heard that importing assets is easy. The code is an entirely different language though (unrealscript is legacy, its c+ now?).

Ya importing static Meshs is not that hard, but after you have imported it, you have to change the Scale, make new Materials from scratch, and Fix all the Lightmap UVs.

And now i'm having a strange problem:

I wonder if i have to fix it with Multi Sub Object.
