How would you change the IP as to no longer deal with EA?

This is a for fun thread on my/your ideas on how to change Renegade X just enough from a brand/IP standpoint to get away with releasing this as a full blown indie game no longer govern by EA.

Name change: Paragon X

Faction changes: EDI & Don

Resource change:

Tiberium - Arnorium (based on another river in Italy)

Misc:

Hand of Nod - Hand of Don

Black Hand - White First

Mammoth Tank - Elephant Tank

Obelisk of Light - Monolith of Florescence

I clearly don't see this working but I really want it to to be honest, Hand of Don just sounds so great.

Obelisk = Obby

Raveshaw = Madshaw or Glowshaw?

Black Hand Sniper = Rave Hand Sniper (he dresses like he's going to a rave, a sniper is supposed to blend in not stick out like a sore thumb)

Technician = Tech

Stealth Black Hand = Invisible Black Hand (many people don't under the concept of "Stealth" anyways)

Stealth Tank = Invisible Tank (see above)

Flame Tank = Pyro Tank
