It's pretty shit that it has came to this Nexus. Your time, commitment, dedication hasn't and will not go unnoticed. I for one am pretty sad to see the bullshit has made you want to quit. Sadly too many idiotic people in game who have absolutely no idea how much time and effort it takes to create a map. If people can't wait a small period of time for a map to download then bollocks to them. The users who would happily wait are the ones who appreciate the constant efforts you've put it. I hope to see you return in the not so bear future, as I have thoroughly enjoy every minute of chatting with you on voice, gaming with you, teabagging you. Take care man and recharge your batteries!

Welcome Shado. Just to touch up on what @roweboat said. Progress is always being made with new maps made from the community, and much much more. Feel free to join us all on the official renegadex discord posted above on Roweboats post and join the community, to see some of the game in action, they recently added a "#videos-streams" channel so users can share there recordings of the game. so may be worth a little look 🙂

Team swapping to balance out teams evenly should not be punished. However with that being said, People who purposely switch teams mid-game because a building is lost, or they don't like the team they're on, or are losing pretty bad should have credits reset. Maybe not so much back to 0 but perhaps a percentage of credits will be forfeited. That way they still have some credits to play with. 7/10 if a player switches, someone will always donate to help that person out especially if they're on same team as a friend. I Could this also just be a server-side option?

You openly admit dodging bans You confirmed you was hacking on other server and rightfully so got banned for it And you can think by hiding under a new name, starting fresh and streaming is going to convince users that you are now 100% fairplay? The only person continue these cat and mouse games is yourself. (I don't speak for everyone) But why on earth would anyone want to play a server where their is a known hacker on it? Word of advice. Lay off the eggnog.

I really don't mind if people know what country I love in. It would be nice to see where everyone plays from. Who knows of there is a fair amount of players from countries we can have a wee world cup of renx b05 😂 But poor Wales would be identified with a sheep

Fellow Renegaders As with all good debates within the community about what is more ideal/suited to the game, And how it progresses. The topic that comes up now and then is the size of the player count for maps ie 24v24 / 64 v 64 So my question to the entire community and forgive me if this has been talked about before on forum (can't see it anywhere) out of the maps listed within the spoiler, what would you define as the "ideal" player count for per map? *Note* I don't see any changes to the current setup as it's always been 64v64 and i see no reason to change it. However it would be nice to hear what other people believe each map is more ideal/perfect player countwise. Map Choices (Apologies if i have missed any - you get 1 free kill in-game if this happens)

Too touch up on what @Quinc3y has said with reference to "That's why there aren't many wiling to command" I have always refused to go in to commander role for the reasons stated above, plus i have the least experience role wise as i have only just returned after a hiatus. Just doesn't seem worth the hassle, time and effort to be fair. However im sure as time ticks on then i will one day be confident enough to stepup and take that role once i have earned that status. People are always going to point blame as to who was at fault for something going down ( i won't name any names but there is a good 2-3 people i have noticed who are the constant whiners/complainers when something goes down) but when it's a respected memeber who is commander and a building is lost i have noticed that those same serial whiners/complainers say nothing. It's only mouth from them when it's a not-usually recognised commander at the helm. Some good tips there from Quinc3y and hopefully it does not discourage you from this role. I go on the belief of win some lose some. I take nothing too heart, and i don't let it affect me (regardless of the f-bombs i may drop on recodings) keep the chin up and don't let it bother you too much.

Thank you kindly It is good being back, not going to lie the urge to want to play Renegade-X again now i have all the time in the world. So many new maps have been added. A lot of impressive work from where it was few years back. Tomb being a particular highlight. I am sure there is still a good 4-5 maps i still have never been on before, so eager to have a wee go at them on multiplayer. My name has slightly changed from previously, but nothing to major! Catcha all on the battlefield.

@SilentKnight A long long time! Reading from the above, is that you now finished with Renegade-X? I have not long returned after a 2 year hiatus. And man there is so much stuff i need to re-learn/figure out, So many new things that i still haven't got my head around as of it. I was going back down the nostalgic route few days back with an old friend of the videos recording i use to do with Renegade-X in particular this. CLICK MY CLIP those were the fun days!

I am in the multiplayer Fpi server , in can usually get about 10/15 minutes of gameplay before I start crashing. I am considering reinstalling the game to see if that will do anything but thought I'd wait first to see if it fixable.
