The Stalker-Contact server fills up some days but they don't have adequate DDOS protection (even though I have step-by-step instructions on how to stop the attacks in the server owners section on these forums)

I can finish off Hourglass now, when I'm not playing The Division or any other game : )
1) Complete the kismet to trigger the Disabled OBI/AGT
2) The mini-map - This will be a killer
3) Finalize any other requirements with Doctor Anubis

What if we just select the buildings and shrink them 50% !!! Problems solved. Mappers unite. Make buildings for ants.

I would just try reinstalling the game but using the installer downloaded from the torrent to make sure the installer is not corrupt at all.

Your upload bandwidth is more important than your download bandwidth. A 40/40 Ren-X server uses about 3 mbit/sec upload, 750 kbit/sec download.
If you have sufficient bandwidth, that's likely not the issue. Line quality is determined by jitter (variation in latency) and packet loss. If clients have high jitter and packet loss, the game will "lag" for them even if their average latency is low.
In addition to line quality, the CPU of the server plays a big role. Ren-X demands strong single-threaded performance. Which CPU are hosting this server on?

Being able to connect via localhost but not externally means that it's a firewall issue either on your local machine on on your router.

If you're hosting the server on the same computer you play Ren-X on, open Ren-X, hit F5 and type Open localhost OR Open 127.0.0.1

When people try to join the server, do you see an Open TheWorld [iP] request on the Ren-X server console?
Are you able to connect to your own server via 'Open localhost'?

Wait I thought this was on your OVH VPS. Are you trying to host this on your home internet or through OVH?

Hope it works RypeL / Ruud... Maybe, but I don't want to put any pressure on anyone, there is a way to try out the map on one of the upcoming PUG's? At least we have 20 ppl than and in order to prevent it from disturbing the PUG cause of problems we might be able to test it during waiting for the games to start?

Server is in northern France so I bet he'll have a pretty good ping

This map needs some serious optimizations made to it. At 40/40 on a 1231v3 there is IMMENSE vehicle lag. It has to be removed from the rotation until this is fixed.

I would imagine most people have internet that would be able to download the patch within 2 hours but yes today would be ideal.
