Yep it is possible using kismet, you can have the portal pick from a set of locations and teleport to a random one.

RXIP will work but the frontend is useful in showing you which servers have players. Hopefully it will be back soon.

The game is currently being ported to a stand alone version. Currently you can play it as a mod for UT3.
