I haven’t played since renegade, 10+ years or so, back when those servers were packed. When is a good time to get in a game? And are the original renegade servers still up? Do people still play there?

Hey so I installed it and it works decent on low resolution, but it’s still kinda hard to aim and hit someone 1v1 with rifles lol, let alone snipers. I didn’t realize how dead the servers were. I haven’t played since renegade, maybe 10+ years ago, when the servers were packed with people. Anyone know if those servers are still running, and if people still play?

I’m thinking about putting this on my laptop, it’s an acer aspire A515-54. It only has 1.6-1.8 GHz processing. It says that 2GHz is the minimal requirement. Will I still be able to play? And if anyoneknows much about my laptop, will it be worth trying?
