Moderators Spectating and Derailing Games - Totem Arts Marathon Server EU 1

There are people using spectate mode in the totem arts marathon server EU 1 and relaying peoples locations in totem arts voice chat. You might want to lock it down or limit who you give access to this feature because the rules of the server are to play fair and the moderators are not even following these rules and choose to derail games for a particular team. This occurred today in Totem Arts Marathon server EU 1 on map islands around late night eu time. I know for a fact this happened because of player behavior and you can see the hands floating over your head when you die under water. Enemy players even mentioned in all chat they knew how much renclassic's entire loadout cost. Just letting you know, balls in your court if you take any action about this.

Hands floating over your head having nothing to do with spectators. That's just your own first person hands. Being spectated also does not make you aim up in the air. If there are moderators doing it, what was the name of the person abusing this?

Do you not have logs of who is using this feature? I dont have access to which special privileged users are lurking hidden in the special access zones, as far as I am aware only people with special privileges can spectate, if you do a ctrl+f on your irc log chat for the words "spectating" you will see when it happened on c&c islands map, specifically happened to player "renclassic". When questioning the behavior several other players got vocal and attacked him accusing him of complaining about fair play (player koomane?). players hunting him knew he bought an airstrike. ctrl+f for the number "1200" around the same time (sbh+airstrike cost) there is no way a normal user could have known this information. People are using their special access to take personal vengeance out on other players by spectating their stealthed units and calling out their locations in voice chat. This is not the first time this has happened, player MAN and kira was ingame which I believe are devs. Ask your moderators individually on your voice chat if this was occurring. This is all the information I am able to give you, if you are going to ignore it and let this behavior continue then go ahead. I would prefer if you didnt let your privileged users bully and subjugate players who are playing fairly and nullify their efforts, but that is up to you.

I don’t see the point of talking in third person about yourself. There are command logs to an extent, but I seriously doubt that anyone was doing anything suspicious with spectating. I don’t know who player man is, but Kira does not have any special privileges nor moderator powers on the official server. Unless a developer is explicitly a moderator, they do not get any additional commands or access to features that players do not have, barring the custom vehicle flag and horn. 
 

I’ll look at the command logs and chat logs for that game session and take action if necessary.
 

However, you explaining the “signs” about spectating with the floating hands on this post and ingame about the aiming up already show that you have no idea what you’re talking about.

well something is causing my aiming to shoot to the sky when I engage fights, its annoying, of course i dont know what im talking about I have not seen the spaghetti code.

btw 99% of that is me defending myself from people attacking me for just playing the game. This is the culture you have created. You also think you are smarter than westwood studios by disabling nukes on the server so now 2 hotwires can camp inside barracks and minespam and outheal 2 flames and a light tank while the third person goes and hotwires a building in a 3v3. there is a reason this feature is in the game so people cant do that.

people attack me for literally just playing the game the way the developers intended, they vote kick me and verbally abuse me for using nukes, they vote spam map change to field and verbally attack me if I attack the buildings. And if I say anything about it im the bad guy. This is the culture you have created by catering to the least skilled player and giving them mob rule. Westwood did it better in this regard.
