Balgias Posted February 23, 2023 Author Share Posted February 23, 2023 So it needs to be advised that in order to make a server or even join it you must first start the game and set your video and ect options or the files won't be there. Keyron Posted October 9 Share Posted October 9 (edited) Hi ! Sorry to dig an old topic but i don't feeled it was wise to create a new topic just for this. My sister and i played for a long time now Renegade X with the old launcher, we usually played just between us, in lan game server games with bot (For the Brotherhood !) Some times now we agreed to have the lastest launcher because we wanted to try the online game with other players but we didn't really like it so we wanted to get back to our bots and chill games But here we are, with the lastest launcher, there's no more "lan server" button so we were a little lost i must admit. Then i checked on the wiki and even here to find how to host a server and all, which i followed the step by step. Unfortunately nothings works, the server is created, of course with the .bat file when you click on it, but it's impossible to join the server, the game freeze and don't answer, it block everything (we can't even open the task manager) so we have to shutdown it by login out and login in (we are on windows 11) My question is: There will be another button in the future so me and other people can play lan game like we used to with the old launcher ?
