Monster_Of_God
Hey, this is my first post here. I'm unable to play the game. i keep getting after 5-10 minutes a "Out of Video Memory" Crash. My hardware is more than enough to run this game. Nvidia 1650gtx 4GB 16GB of DDR4 Ram Windows 10 64bit. and a 512GB SSD Running the game on Mix between High/Med. I'm really unsure why i wouldn't have enough memory to play this game.
Gex_str
You were probably using 32-bit version of RenX, which can only use up to 3 GB of RAM, after which it crashes, switch to 64-bit via launcher's settings(top right corner).
Fffreak9999
There are occasions where trying to play certain maps with the 32 bit client doesn't work, and generates an out of video memory crash. In the situations you encounter this bug, as mentioned by Gex, please try using the 64 bit client to alleviate this issue.
Monster_Of_God
Ahh yes, i hadn't ticked that 64bit options, wasn't aware of that. I'll post back with an update. Edited July 5, 2020 by Monster_Of_God
dtdesign
Had this crash twice on Steppe in the past few days, running a GTX 970 w/ 32 bit client. Takes quite a lot of time before it happens, I guess about 30 minutes or more. The 64 bit client has its sound bugs, so yeah, tough decision. Fffreak9999
The bug is a bit annoying, but its better than a hard crash
Try-Out
Run Renegade X in Win Vista or Win7 Compatibility Mode, that helped some Guys with the Sound-Bug.
