Is there a way to force update

Currently, my game version is stuck on v5.376, even though a newer version is available. the game says as such and to reset the launcher. but the launcher says the game is up to date? is there a way to force it to check for updates, or manually download and apply it?

 

or do I need to reinstall it.

Reinstall the launcher. Most likely you are on the legacy version launcher (0.83 or lower). The data provided to the legacy launcher has not been updated since patch 5.376.
