Single Player Variables

Hello,

Long story short. From time-to-time I have very weak internet connection and like to play offline. I'd like the ability to save and import skirmish configuration files. Map, mines, vehicle limit and more customisation, Sydney ion-cannon damage (blowing up tanks in one shot), veteran reward per kill increase (testing heroic), and a bunch of other variables if possible.

You would need to create or use mutators to change stuff like this. It is pretty simple to create them once you learn how to do it. A lot of this stuff is also doable via commands (give yourself VP or instant veteran promotions)
