I recently downloaded the Dev Kit and extracted the files but, I'm not entirely sure how to install it (let alone open any of the programs). Which file should I be looking for to install it and what exactly I have to do once I find it? Again, I'm sorry. I'm very new to this but, I'm willing to learn.
