SDK July download mirrors broken?

So I've attempted to download the latest SDK from the main downloads page and used all mirrors and it doesn't download the rar file.

It just downloads a 0kb rar file and that's it.

I'll release a manual patch for the SDK with 5004, which I can start working in now that Eyes is ready.

Ended up with the same issue.

Well after installing Windows 10 I appear to be able to download them just fine.

Strange error to run into, very strange.
