When "our" Tiberium Silo got recaptured by the enemy and I refill my health and weapons on the PT, my TibFlechette Rifle was lost. I either get the Silenced Pistol back or more commonly the Machine Pistol. I think this is a rare bug, also happened in v3.x. EDIT_001: It just happened without having or losing the Silo.
