unable to join a server

I registered, as you can see, but i can not get on a server.

running win 7 (64) 16 gig ram

Ver: 04.06.05

Wow, I did as the game instructed about where to put this game and it does not work......I ask for help and I get JACK....

So... what exactly isn't working? Do you get an error? Does the game open and immediately close again? Are you using the launcher or the game client itself? Is the server list just completely empty? We need more info other than "it doesn't work".

Unable to get on a server.............. that pretty much says it all. load the game up, play the skirmish mode with the bots, and thats it..... click on server to play and nothing

When the RenegadeX client does nothing when you either double click a server or click the Join button this means that your renegadex client is unable to communicate with the server to establish a connection.

Another way of knowing if this is the problem, is if you try to join a server from the launcher it will just dump you to the main menu instead of into the server.

Please check any hardware & software firewalls for blocked UDP traffic.

Make sure you have manually downloaded Beta 2 instead of Beta 1 (says in main menu). The reason is that Renegade X doesn't have an auto updater yet. This fixed my problem. I hope it helps
