Gore: How to turn off?

I woule like to turn off the gore. How would I do that? Options is not an option because when I quit options, it asks me for a CD key. Is there a front end program I can use?

You shouldn't be able to play without a CD key... so I don't see what difference it makes.

you need to login to the game spy account in order to save settings

What kenz says, to save settings you need to be logged into a UT3 account. Keep in mind this will also force you to use the name of said account; if you're logged in, you won't be able to change your name into something else ingame.

Anyway, there is gore in renegade x by default? never noticed. Thought you had to explicitly turn it on

As far as I know direct connecting (with the server frontend or application arguments) doesn't require a key. Not sure about logging into a UT3 account though.

epicelite, there planar texture maps flying off the character in reactor form.. if that impedes your performance, i may suggest throwing your computer out a window cause its to old.

No gore in a ego-shooter game? K, then you need to buy one from Germany. At our stores, those games are ONLY cut.
