When are the servers full?

When I look at the servers, they are all empty, most of the time. I live in the U.S. in the Central time zone (-6 GMT). Do the bulk of players live in Europe?

Central eh? Most of our players come on between 11 and 5 central. The server gets between 16-25 players at that period. Before and after that you'll find smaller pockets of players every now and then.
