Yeah I've noticed this too.

Its not just the auto rifle, its every weapon upgrade. Once you purchase the weapon, any time you enter and leave a terminal it will regrant the last weapon you purchased to you even after death. This carries between games and classes as well.

I believe the crash affects the whole server because afterwards if I rejoin the same server the player count on the server browser still reports a high volume of players, but once entering, there usually is only a few left in the game. Accuracy of the server browser is another issue I've noticed.

I have only noticed this problem on walls_flying so far, but nuke beacons don't disarm sometimes. I've had three games now where we lost our barracks because the beacon health reported 0% yet still exploded.
