Beta Tester here.... Just to let you guys know i'm a heavy unreal player and love the fast paced action of unreal. But i will tell you that RenX isn't as fast paced as regular unreal is. So dont' freak out and think that it's a do or die game as mentioned in the above posts. O yeah, ummm jeep is prolly now dead in a ditch somewhere by now, lol

Yeah i don't understand what you're talking about dude. Renegade X is just a mod for UT3, you need ut3 to play it, that's it. So people having UT3 will be able to play...... Fuck now i'm lost......

If you guys like the old maps or would like to learn how to map for the mod, Unreal Editor is pretty forgiving and some what easy to learn, just gotta have a bit of a learning curve. www.3dbuzz.com is a good site to start out to learn how to map for the unreal engine. UT3 has made a lot easier to map with than the previous unreal games where you can literally just click, drag, drop stuff into maps.

Coming from a beta tester. We have been useing a seperate client to connect to the server so i assume we will be doing the same when the game is released. You will still be able to play regular UT3, just launch it. The client lists all viewable servers that you can connect to and will launch UT3 and join the server. Currently the MRLS fires where you aim, no tracking. As far as i know, it will continue to be that way.

Man watching that vid gave me chills. RenX was the only video they had that went well and the guy spoke at the perfect spots and just made it glow. Now the way i had gotten my parents to get me Unreal Tournament 2004 was the fact that i could turn off gore. You can do the same for UT3, that's the excuse that i useed to get it. If your parents still say no to the previous excuse, may want to give this one a shot. The game really isnt' rated M except for the gore really. Although they may start rating any online game rated M if it's online becuase like come on, EVERYONE FREAKIN" SWEARS LIKE A SAILOR!

Just think of this as like a car ride. JUST SIT BACK AND RIDE. lol, no worries man you won't be disappointed.
