  1. Implementing support for an API takes a lot of time, even for big studios. DICE has been working on implementing it into Frostbite for god knows how long, and they have a dedicated studio to take care of the engine.

    Until Epic decides to implement Mantle into UDK themselves, it's very unlikely for RX to support it.

  2. My best match was on Under, as Nod.

    GDI were pushing our base hard. We had a hard time repairing the damage to the Obelisk and the Airstrip. 14yo me decided to spawn as engi and try to get in close and deal some damage with C4. As I was planting remotes, the guy driving a Mammy jumped out to repair it. Without thinking I immediately jumped into the Mammy and drove deeper into my base. With the support of other engis, we countered the attack with one Mammy and basic infantry.

    After my successful capture of an enemy unit, others followed me into the "battle", hoping to get us some extra armor (as we lost the Airstrip earlier). We've managed to steal one extra Mammy (that was me, again) and a Med tank.

    Eventually we won the round, using GDI's vehicles against them.

    I don't think so... At least Renegade doesn't have this feature, so RenX shouldn't.

  4. Hai there :) Since I've played RenX for very first time, I have weird feeling that Nod's Arty is overpowered o.O I dunno how it works, but:

    In Vanilla Renegade (v1,037):

    Arty needs 9 hits to take out GDI's Med

    Med needs 6 hits to take out Nod's Arty

    In Renegade-X:

    Arty needs 8 hits to take out GDI's Med

    Med needs 7 hits to take out Nod's Arty

    I've even checked damage taken from both vehicles vs. eachother - it's the same for VRen and RenX (92 hp per hit from Arty and 62 hp per hit from Med).

    That's double advantage for Arty vs. Med tank, is this a bug?
