I also can't see the penguin, but not sure if that's just me missing any assets or if it's shooting so fast that I can't see it. It just looks like a regular rocket to me.

Hey, just trying it out and it looks like the snowball shooter might be missing an asset, it's just showing out a square image that says, "SNOWBALL" on it.

Maybe it's because I only play single player? I see no way to turn it off no matter what settings I change?
