Hit Windows + ALT + Print Screen every time you want to take a screenshot. Then go to your .\Users\...\Videos folder and there you will have screenshots with a much better resolution, at a lower filesize that is a lot more pleasant to look at.

Although I'd still recommend something like greenshot, that one has a built-in img.ur upload button in it and creates much smaller filesizes.Thank you for the advice i had trouble saving them as PNGs as the files were locked for some reason. but now i got sorted out now. Now i have a new upcoming map coming to Renegade X

Sorry for the BMPS, i was not able to save them as PNGS because of the fact that the files were locked this as a result. I had no choice but to release them as PNGS i will figure out the problem but even though this is the case it is not going to stop me from showcasing one of the upcoming maps comScreenShot01739.bmping to Renegade X. These maps should be releasing shortly. These maps will come in packs because they use assets that are not in the Renegade X game. By the way all of the UPK files will need to go into your map folder so that the game is able to find them.

No that is not what i meabr what I meant was the fact that the game is fast paced and there is no way to reduce the speed of the game which can put new players off
Yep. A serious problem in the game as it currently exists. The game allows for much more variety of strategies but we are currently limiting our thinking/strategies/communications in many ways.
I feel like they should be a tutorial on explaining what and how the mechanics work. I also feel like experienced players should go easy on new players who are trying out new things.
I love this comment. Bots have been developing and becoming more useful. It is great to see you enjoy them...
You see the thing is with skrimish is that it is more appealing then the online because of the fact that the potential is limitless you can create thousands of custom maps and you want have to worry about the AI not playing on your maps because they will always play on your map. The Unreal-like AI adds to the experience they will strafe, dodge, jump and will group for rushes which means number of bots launching an attack all using the same weapon to get more kills quickly, they behave like actual people which only makes the experience appealing and somewhat addictive. Lastly, there are customisation that the online don't have such as amount of credits,mutators, vehicle crate and many more. Right now as it stands the skrimish is more appealing than the online and I just thought that I would point this out to the community.

Personally as of right now, I think the online needs to be improved as there is not enough customisation options like to reduce the infantry speed of the game which can put new players off completely and also the fact that there is lack of new playstyles for new players leaves the experience to be desired as they are forced to play the way other people want them if they try to do something else then they end up ruining plans that more experienced players were planning. Also there is no matchmaking either the game just drops new players into the match and they have no control of the game what so ever forcing them to leave or just play a skrimish match against AI. Right now the skrimish mode is looking more appealing then the online itself because players actually have the option to customise how they want the game to play out for example if they want the bots to be smart and own the player cool but if they want the bots to be dumb and idiotic then that's also okay as long as if suits their playstyles then that is what will make the skirmish mode more appealing.
Honestly before they do anything they need to improve the online first.

No unfortunately RenX maps are not meant for UE4. The maps will be improved and updated but they cannot be imported to UE4 due to imcompatability.

I runned for some Months an Server with Inf only Maps but only an Handfull People looked in it.
Nearly the same with DM-Maps.
I guess I will have to find a way to make it available for CNC.

I think eliminating vehicles from the renegade X battlefield removed a huge part of the game and a huge part of the excitement and fun
Oh damn oh well what a shame as I was trying to add a spy vs merc theme into it as you have to destroy the building stealthy without being caught by GDI. I was even trying to add enemy pawns to male the map more interesting. Looks like I will have to find a way to add vehicles into the map but it will look very awkward but I will do my best.

It is not a dumb question as this was the same question I asked myself a while before I made these maps. Unfortunately you cannot play these RenX maps on UE4 since RenX uses UDK (Unreal Engine 3) and they are not incompatible with each other.

If you hit Windows key + Alt + PrintScreen on your keyboard, Windows will automatically make a screenshot in a much more accessible .PNG format and at a much lower filesize. The printscreen is saved to your \Videos\Captures folder. Windows Game Bar is pretty weird about saving a picture in a videos folder, but that's just how it isThis is assuming you're on Windows 10. If you're not, a tool like Greenshot is free and pretty easy to set up to automatically save screenshots at your own preference.
It will do your screenshots more justice, as the .BMP's are in a small resolution, with no compression, poor quality and still a high filesize.
To return on topic: Great work on those maps!
Thanks for the advice I appreciate it and will look into this in case I forget. From what I have seen I am longer going to use BMPs as they seem useless. Thank you for the postivity, I am glad that you enjoyed it. There is more coming and they should be released this week. Underland,Chill and Facing Worlds are examples of what's coming to Renegade X.
