Found a visual glitch that you may or may not be interested in, HIHIHI experienced it to.
only saw it at the back of hon, setting texture detail to medium from very high fixed it for me, not for HIHIHI.
Geforce 1080 something, i think HIHIHI said he had a Geforce 1050.

otherwise cool map, looking forward to trying it with lots of ppl sometime.

  2. If you can defend for 15 minutes with nothing but a semi-useless power plant or such against an undamaged enemy base, you are the real winners.
Its more fun to defend the last building than it is attacking it, and if can hold it for 15 minutes you can probably hold it even longer.
Every second your team stands against semingly impossible odds is humiliation for the enemy team, Swinging while losing is badass.

The idea of a commander calling in reinforcements does fall within the plausible lore of the game though, but it can't be an instawin condition.
Maybe something like spending CP in exhange for an airdrop/spawned crate in base instead, for simplicitys sake.
In such a situation i imagine both factions sending whatever they got within range as reinforcements, so a bit of RNG is fine.

  3. All about what map is being played.
Smaller maps suffer more from having 64 players than a large map does from having 40 in my opinion.
Id rather have my team resources stretched thin than have the match turn into a spamfest.

Otherwise big chaotic 64 player matches on large maps are awesome.
Have absolutely zero performance issues unless theres like 3 chinooks filled with people exploding at the same time in my vicinity.

  4. Im uncertain what they mean with remaster, probably they haven't decided themselfes yet since they are reaching out for feedback.
I cant believe they even doing that even, its EA after all.

A new collectors edition with updated support for newer OS would be a dissapointment since the community is already ahead of them.
If they were to remake all the older titles in newer engines with added bells and whistles i would definitely be interested in that.
Something like playing all the old campaigns in the generals 2 engine, that be cool.

I was planning on going back to my videos and separate out the scenes so people can watch shorter videos.

So I guess I can create individual scenes from now on then compile them into an episode.

Those videos were great, pls continue making them if you have the time and will.
99% of the time when i mention this game to someone, they have no clue what it is, so i always proceed to show them one of your moments videos.

  6. 28.

I have never seen a 60+ play anything other than solitare or like flash puzzle games, but when i get 60+ imma gonna be running the PC gaming room in the retirement home, future senior gamers will have so much gaming experience under their belt it will break every matchmaking system in every game.

  7. I dont think GTs limits options but rather add objectives, same deal with the SAM/AA sites really, or the destroyable barriers.
Losing a building within the first minutes of gameplay is bad for server population, ragequiters...
Having to deal with a GT before rushing straight to MCT with free infantry encourages teamwork since they indeed are hard to solo kill with anything other than rockets from a distance or with a tank.
im aware the teamwork part doesnt always work hahah, but i generally have nothing against hem.

GDI tanks that are impossible to kill is all about them hottys, and if you can't kill the hottys that usually has to do with the vehicle combat not being mobile enough for the defensive line to be broken. airstrikes fixes it sometimes, for a while.
I see it all the time on small maps with high amount of players, ranted a bit about it yesterday in discord.
Regular field with a high amount of players too often end up with one side just spamming the other side with both sides standing more or less completely still, just tanking, spamming and being repaired.
snow is even worse, good for infantry combat, never good for vehicle combat.

Whitout the possibility to flank tank lines its alot harder to deal with them, its a question of which map is being played and how many players there are playing it.

The tanks themselfes can dealt with fairly easy i think, an unprotected mammoth can be killed by a solo rocket launcher dude with a good position and some time, even less now than before.

  8. This is good dirt.

I kinda hate royale tbh, feels like bright and dandy stealth-em-ups with RNG guns and RIDICULOUS respawn times more so than FPS games.
and i kinda hate EA for being a souless juggernaut hellbent on accumulating all the successfull game rights and monnies in the world.

    seems like a good match.

  9. Hilltop on under, the peak only accessable by infantry, if could spawn a tick tank there that would be amazing.

Recon bike is small enough to spawn and drive through anywhere now that i think about it, really want to see more of that vehicle ;)
The chance to use the silo stairs as a sweet jump mid combat comes too rarely.

  10. Logitech G402, bought it because the shape was reminiscent of the legendary Logitech MX510.
Not quite as comfortable as the MX but still the best mouse ive used this decade.
