Ya i'm having same issue. Followed directions, but no mod loads , just the regular ut3 game.

I used rain767 I didnt think this game would keep me here so long, just another reason ! lol I do remember vash7 and drkenz I dunno if they remember me, or if anyone does. I think I know a few names on here browzing around.
