Error Fetching user?

I downloaded the Totem launcher and installed Renegade X, I created an account but when I log in the launcher the bottom right where my username would be says "Error fetching user..."
When I start the game I am logged in as "Guest" 
Ive already verified my email, I cant find anything about this on forums and the discord doesnt let me post anything or see anything even after clicking the key emote thing

 

Does anyone know how I can log in as my actual username instead of Guest or how to fix the launcher log in issue?

You'll have to connect with our support team via discord, once you rejoin the server, I can give you proper permissions, I've found the reaction bot is buggy sometimes.

I have same issue "Error fetching user...". Disord invintation seems outdated and didn't work. Help please.
