is there a way i can spawn those special vehicles in skirmish against bots?

i want to try out the gdi walkers but i'm not sure if i'm able to or not?

You can launch Toxicity map for it. They unlocked there by default. Also Fort map, they will be able to spawn if you capture the tech building in the middle of the map. Desolation map have recon bikes and wolverines by default. Or play any map you like, but with low chances to get it from crates located on the open spaces.
