Launcher doesn't move at the end

Hi! I want to play this project so badly but i can't, im getting a 0b/s download speed at the end, im downloading the base game and it's my first time, i never played this project before, if someone could please help me

In general, people who get this issue can get around it by closing the launcher and starting it up again. It will sit at 0% for awhile to verify integrity, then download the portion it is missing

ok i'll make sure to do that, one more question, my whole game folder which was a total of 8 gb (unfinished download) if i replace it and start the download, would it come back to it's original download? i wanted to delete the folder to start a fresh install thinking it will solve the issue but now i want to replace the folder, would it be fine?
