Totem Arts Staff yosh56 Posted June 26, 2020 Totem Arts Staff Share Posted June 26, 2020 Ummm.. I've never seen the duplicate NetIndex errors. Have you restarted your computer since you've had the problem? Definitely a unique issue there.

Severencir
thank you for your help. i can't explain why, but verifying the integrity for the 3rd time seemed to have fixed it Edited June 26, 2020 by Severencir

Can we get your system specifications though for bug tracking purposes?
Severencir
is having to verify multiple times normal? do you know of an easy way i can just run something to gather my system specs, or am i going to have to look up what i have? Totem Arts Staff yosh56 Posted June 27, 2020 Totem Arts Staff Share Posted June 27, 2020 Verifying multiple times isn't normal, no. I'm still curious as to how that happened. As for getting system information, an easy way to get the overview is by running 'dxdiag' (If you're on windows 10/8 you can just type it into start and it'll run it. Will look something like this. Just screen shot the 'System Tab' and the 'Display' Tab. (You can block out the computer name if you'd rather not show that.
Severencir
i also included the render tab as that shows my dedicated gpu while display does not
Severencir
the only guess that i can come up with in retrospect is that the validation failed the first couple times. i can't say i remember clicking a confirmation message the first 2 times, but i can't say for sure
Totem Arts Staff yosh56 Posted June 27, 2020 Totem Arts Staff Share Posted June 27, 2020 Appreciated. Permissions shouldn't have been an issue, but will see if more people have the problem, and have any similar hardware/OS.
