Getting back on the scene

Hey this is argathol3 long time Renegade player for about ten years. Took a few years off but I have a new pc coming in a week or so and want to get back to the grind. Can anyone point me in the right direction of installing and troubleshooting this game so I can jump back in the day my pc arrives. Thanks in advance!
