3 minutes * 60 seconds =180

Gametime after Warmup 03:10 = 190 seconds !?

eva still refuse me donations dont see how is it count

The clock at the bottom is often wrong if I recall correctly; I think they may be checking time in separate ways.

the timer at the bottom may be different for some clients by 1 min, no idea why and how.

also I'm uncertain whether warmup time counts towards it or not. but usually you would be able to donate after 4:00

The clock does not take into account the wait time.

(30 seconds for CT) (60 seconds for the PUG)

20 by default on other servers.

 

So if you get to 3 minutes, you need to wait for the wait time to expire as well.

Example:

Default setting + 180 seconds means 200 seconds before you can donate

Mabye don't display this 180 seconds message, make a countdown for it. So if you try to donate after 120 seconds in game it says "Donations will be enabled in 60 seconds" or something like that. Would make it easier to keep track of everything, especially when you don't know the "waiting for Players" time on the server you are currently playing on.
