Launcher Does Nothing When Attempting to Install

PROBLEM: When I open the launcher nothing happens:

SOLUTION 1: Try right-clicking on the launcher executable and selecting 'properties'. Under the 'Compatibility' tab, make sure the 'Run this program as an administrator' box is NOT checked by default. 

SOLUTION 2: Try closing overclocking/hardware monitoring programs to include, but not limited to Rivatuner, MSI Afterburner, or ZOTAC Firestorm.

I have attempted the solutions above and they dont work. After you click on "install" nothing happens. It just goes back to my desktop. I have tried updating drivers, as well. Nothing...

 

Model: Aspire VX5-591G

Windows 10

16GB Ram

Dedicated Nvidia Graphics Card

Intel Core i7-7700HQ 2.8 GHz.

 

 

Any recommendations at all on how to fix this issue?

Can you run through the process (Opening and clicking install till it crashes) then look in the Windows 'Event Viewer' under 'Application' and see if it has an error posted in the log?
