É isso... o Launcher simplesmente não abre, sem aparecer algum erro...
Tentei ir pela pasta de instalação mas acontece o mesmo.
Tenho que abrir o jogo no UDK.exe

Can we get a bit more info? What system are you using? Windows version and .net version are helpful aswell.

Try to check if the Launcher isn't active as a Ghost process in the task manager after you've started it.

Report back if you have some more info

Im using Windows 10 (That apparently everyone hates)

Launcher is not running in the background

Start the luncher with Administrator.

Can you try reinstalling the game via the MSI ? So remove this one and reinstall.

If that doesn't work, try using this "outdated" betaLauncher. I don't recommend using this full time, but if this one starts, something is bugged in the code of the current version. Maybe @Agent has an idea, as I've been away from launcher dev sometime now (I havent checked all the changes *shames*)

Thanks for pointing me to the Launcher Beta, when I have more patience I try to use the normal Launcher (Google Translate)
