Stuck on Establishing battlefield control screen

Game updated fine, launcher starts but try to join server and stuck on loading screen with no error messages  and have to sign out and back in to get out of screen. It also does this when I try to run the regular Renx game not launcher. I been having this problem ever since I got windows 10, the game used to run fine on windows 8. I run everything as admin. and compatibility for win 8. Here is the log file. Any help please and thank you-
