RoundShades Posted October 13, 2015 Posted October 13, 2015 Yes, it may be a server mismatch requiring a launcher update. The file you are describing though, is a common mutator file that a server uses for various reasons, those usually are practically invisible to the client with how fast they download and how little they do.
