Whiterice Posted January 6, 2015 Share Posted January 6, 2015 Hi, I have the problem where the black screen with audio. I changed the settings for Res X and Y to 1920 and 1080. And the problem didnt work. My screen is in fact running 1920 x 1080. I went ahead and tried other configs such as the 800 and 1600 but with no luck. Any idea on how to fix this?! Whiterice Posted January 6, 2015 Author Share Posted January 6, 2015 Video - AMD Radeon HD 6900series and Intel HD graphics Processor - Intel® Core i7-2820QM CPU @ 2.30GHz Generic screen for a laptop I had the game working before, but for some reason it wont cooperate now. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled and something is still fishy. I should note I updated drivers on my video card, but I dont think that should affect it. Neithan Posted April 11, 2015 Share Posted April 11, 2015 Hi, I've got a similar problem. The game starts with a black screen, then minimizes to the task bar and the intro sounds play. Trying to get into the game by clicking the icon in the task bar or switching to it via alt + tab won't work.
