Crash Upon going in match

As soon as i start the match ( i dont see ingame ui , just a black screen) , well i encounter an error saying :

" A problem has caused this program to stop working correctly."

I just installed this today and have NOT been able to play a single match DESPITE reducing setting to v.low

My specs are (From Speccy) :
