Extraction Failed: File Is Corrupt

I don't have an excellent internet connection, so it took me about 6 hours to download Open Beta 3. When i tried to open the downloaded .exe file, i get a windows error that says the file is corrupt.

Is there a way where i can download this file through a torrent service, because i assume because i am downloading this through my internet browser the slightest loss in connection will cause it to become corrupted, whereas if i used a torrent it would attempt to download loss data or restart the download if i lost connection.

If you look at the top of the download list, there is a torrent version. I doubt many people are still seeding tho so it may be very slow to download.
