Driver and second Passenger

I cant any options where you can turn on the option to let the 2nd passenger to use the vehicles during iam only drive/flight. I remember something like that in the old Renegade.

an the next / 2nd passenger can shoot all weapons

I liked it in old ren when you used to be able to press Q i think and let the passenger fire for you. Was handy for APCs etc when you have a foe chasing you and you can then concentrate on driving!
