low fps with hard wear well above recomended

i have a amd fx4100 quad core

8 gigs of ram

amd 6850 1 gig gpu

and im only getting like 20fps no mater what settings i chose.

i know i dont have high end specs but i get 40ish maxing battle field 4 so why would this be twice as hard to run?

low and high settings are the same frame rate.

That's for nvidia, he's running an AMD card.

Try messing with some of the settings in UDKSystemSettings.ini, I'd recommend some of the shadows & lighting stuff. Seems there are performance issues thus-far with AMD cards from what I recall.
