I had a bit of struggle the last days getting my server to run without having lag on vehicles and players. I changed the server port just for testing purpose to 7777 which appears to be the standard port and since I switched to the port to 7777 every lag on players and vehicles is gone. My old port was 54523 and some other testing ports. And yes they were all open and reachable. Maybe it helps someone or someone can share similiar experience.
