Will the servers be moddable?

Hi

I'm wondering if server owners can (or will be able to) change some of the game settings? For example changing the health, damage, bullets speed etc.

I'm asking that because I don't really like the bullet travel time, but it's a matter of personnal preference, so it'd be cool to be able to change it server-side.

No this will not be an option, maybe in a mutator if an editor is released.
