Havoc firing a nonexistent round on reloads

Havoc's sniper rifle, when reloaded, seems to fire this weird pot shot...during the reload. That removes the possibility that a round is actually expended, therefore I dont consider it a weapon problem, but a sound error. I'm wondering if anyone else has encountered this and whether it has been brought to the dev's attention yet.
