Crab Posted March 4, 2014 Author Share Posted March 4, 2014 Well, I tried shooting it again and didn't notice anything, until I ran into infantry path behind the base later in the game. The bottom forest pathway was flooded, completely knocking out access to the other side of the map. I guess the targets/wells are used in some way to control the water level in that area?
