It should be 30 seconds instead of 10 seconds, most people don't look at the upper side of the screen and it's too easy to miss a vote that's so short. Also maybe the vote should be made more visible with bigger letters or maybe a sound could be added? Today I tried to kick 3 bots out of a server, we were 17/20 players, and only 4 people voted at most... 8 hours later, the 3 bots were still there.
