Scoreboard stuck on screen

I pressed (possibly held) scoreboard key during the victory/defeat screen and when the next game loaded it was stuck on my screen until i died;

Confirmed for me too.

I tried everything to remove it, then violently pressed just about everything I could find over and over until it went away after a few seconds...

Windows 7.
