Personal Ion cannon and Railgun exploit

these two bolt action weapons have an exploit that effectively gives it a higher rate of fire than intended, while the "bolt" is pulled (ion cannon charging) you can press reload, the sound from the bolt is still played while reload Begins, now while reload is happening you can shoot Again at any given time, so right after pressing the reload you can fire Again giving you a faster firerate than the weapon is intended to have...

Can also bypass their rate-of-fire restriction by rapidly switching to your pistol and then back to the PIC/Railgun after firing. Equivalent to the old fast-swapping you'd see everyone doing with the AWP/scout in counterstrike back in the day.
