Out of curiosity, Will this gun be like its lesser counterpart and need no reloading till one runs out of amo?

It will need to reload. The reason why the Officer chaingun doesn't need a reload is because we wanted to make it useful/worth buying. The Laser Chaingun is already a very useful piece of equipment, but the LCG and its counter-part will be getting some cool additions.
