I think you mean datacap not bandwidth and no, the multiplayer will be a separate file because it uses a different version of the engine. I have a limited datacap of 2GB (which sucks) but what you can do is download it from somewhere that you can get free internet like a freinds place then copy it via USB, which is what i did. Or you can just pay extra that mouth for the additional data.

it easier for me to pay extra that mouth. When fiber optics come down my street in the next 3-6 mouths i'll be seeing 30+ GB a mouth. For New Zealand no data cap is just a dream.
