punko24 Posted October 21, 2009 Posted October 21, 2009 I have a buddy saying to me that renegade-x is managed under EALA and the Dev team is a EALA dev team.....Does the Renegade-X Dev Team have any connections to ea? Quote
MightyBOB Posted October 21, 2009 Posted October 21, 2009 lol, they're "friends" you could say. A lot of them like the project, but we are in no way affiliated with them in terms of resources, managment, or paychecks. This is entirely a fan project. Quote
Demigan Posted October 22, 2009 Posted October 22, 2009 Did you see a price-tag anywhere? No, so my first guess would be that it's not made by EA . While there are lots of nice, talented and friendly people working at EA, the EA top is a bit more economicly focused. Quote
Spycon_Fighter Posted October 22, 2009 Posted October 22, 2009 I think activision is about to over throw EA as most hated game developer soon.... MW2 on pc does not look nice atm Quote

I've played more intense games online without dedicated servers(Operation flashpoint 2 for example), so I don't think it's really gonna be a problem. Quote
