  1. Better (real) fix:

    1. Create a virtual sound device (i.e. virtual audio cable)
    2. Make that one the system-default.
    3. Configure this virtual sound device to loopback on your headphones.

    now you can plug and unplug as you wish and will never loose your system-default device thats been locked by games and so on.

    on a map with 4 buildings you need 8 hotties and 9-10 techs.
    -> means ~50% of the players are required to mine the base.

    to even worse it up, you can make it behave like AT Mines:
    -> if the player dies or change class, mines get removed.

  3. I'm against removal or changing how it works for now.
    (except the opinions about make it more visible or adding some time delay ~3-5 min. between each surrender vote) 

    Reason:
    Instead of moving forward to the next round, more players will simply exit the game if they are "forced" to keep the round alive.
    From my point of view, you guys should not discuss about what to change about the vote system, instead look about the reasons why one team is trying to surrender. Is it saving time on an already lost game, to many AFKs in on the team, missing team play and just trying to survive or whatever. 

    Pls keep in mind that every successful surrender vote is the will of that team.

  4. Fullscreen games tend to be limited to the primary monitor (primary output). You can move windowed games to another monitors at some performance cost though. If you set the window to borderless, it would look just fine but udk3 don't offer this. You just have to switch the primary monitor setting in windows - no 3rd party app needed for this.

    BTW:
    i7-980EE + 12 GB RAM + GTX480 = stable 60 fps (high-settings, unless Agent is doing this nuke thing :P)

    it's more like useful on maps without base defenses, since base defense shoots on spies.
    My personal problem with spies is more that every player can easily distinguish them by just aiming and look for the color change on the crosshair.
    maybe that friend/foe color behavior of the hud should be fooled too.

    btt:
    nobody knows every single player and can make balanced teams. Maybe you can "upgade" the leaderboard and include stats like accuracy , most played class,etc.
    combined with a draft-maker it can be useful (at least in my mind). (future talk)

  8. I play but at night time i dont, because there is only like 10 people on.

    When 10 people are on the game is too easy especially for nod. all people do is stealth nuke bases and i dont want to play and lose every damn match because of how easy it is for super weapons on low server pops

    Thats the exact reason i don't join any server <20 players. If i cant get a slot on that 40+ server i'll skip this day...
